Policies & Disclosures
Information we collect
Local Conversion Intelligence may collect business contact information, website information, intake answers, communications, audit evidence, report materials, correction requests, and feedback needed to evaluate and deliver the requested service.
Do not submit customer, patient, health, legal-case, payment-card, account-password, or other sensitive personal information unless Local Conversion Intelligence has expressly approved a separate secure process for that information.
How information is used
Information is used to:
- respond to inquiries;
- verify Test Partner or service eligibility;
- prepare and quality-review audits;
- maintain audit and evidence records;
- respond to factual-correction requests;
- improve the audit system using governed internal learning;
- maintain operational and compliance records.
Information is not made public as a testimonial, case study, report, screenshot, or client result without separate authorization.
Initial Test Partner inspection boundary
The initial HVAC Test Partner audit uses public website inspection only.
Local Conversion Intelligence does not place a phone call, submit a contact form, send an email inquiry, or request an appointment as part of this initial audit.
If a future service would require controlled interaction beyond public inspection, separate scope and authorization will be required first.
Confidentiality
Nonpublic information supplied by a participating business is treated as confidential business information and is used only for the requested service, quality control, support, governed system improvement, security, recordkeeping, and other legitimate operational requirements.
Data retention and deletion requests
Local Conversion Intelligence retains information for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, quality control, dispute and correction handling, security, operational records, and applicable legal obligations.
To ask a question about information associated with your business or request deletion where appropriate, use the Start / Contact page.
Technology and automation
Local Conversion Intelligence uses software and AI-assisted processes to organize evidence, analyze defined conditions, draft structured findings, and support quality control. During the validation stage, genuine reports are human-reviewed before release.
Automated output is not treated as correct merely because a model produced it.
Service scope and results
Audit findings describe observed conditions, possible friction, and practical opportunities based on the available evidence. They do not establish that a specific amount of revenue, calls, bookings, customers, or sales has been lost, and no particular business result is guaranteed.
Not a law firm / no legal advice
Local Conversion Intelligence is a business conversion-audit service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice through this service or website.
Nothing on this site should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
Public examples
Public sample audits use fictional demonstration businesses unless a real client separately authorizes publication.
