A Clearer View of Your Website’s Customer Contact Path
Understand what may make it harder for a visitor to recognize your services, confirm your service area, and take the next step. The Website & Phone-Path Audit turns observable website conditions into a written report with evidence and correction priorities.
Current scope: The initial HVAC Test Partner audit reviews the public website only. “Phone-path” means the visible route to making contact; it does not include placing a call or evaluating how your team answers.

Who the current audit is for
The current validation program is for invited HVAC businesses that want a practical review of their public website and visible customer contact path.
It is useful when you want to understand possible sources of confusion and give your existing developer or team a clearer set of priorities. The audit does not require you to purchase implementation services.
If you have already received a Test Partner invitation, use the intake link in that invitation. General questions can be submitted through our Start / Contact page.
What we review
Offer and service-area clarity
How clearly the public pages explain the services offered, the locations served, and the action a visitor can take.
Mobile contact access
How easily a visitor can find and understand the phone, form, or other contact route on a narrow screen.
Visible form and booking paths
The wording, fields, instructions, and publicly visible steps leading toward an inquiry. Forms and appointment requests are not submitted as part of this audit.
Trust and reassurance
The business information and supporting details a visitor can see near important decision points.
Visible next-step expectations
What the website tells a visitor about making contact and what happens afterward. A published statement about response time is treated as a statement on the website, not proof of actual response performance.
What you receive
- A written report grounded in the website conditions observed during the review.
- Screenshots supporting the observations.
- Prioritized findings explaining what was observed and why it may matter.
- Practical correction recommendations for you or your existing website provider.
- A limited factual-correction pathway if information in the report needs correcting.
The report distinguishes visible evidence from uncertainty. It does not assign a lost-revenue figure to a website condition or present an untested assumption as a fact.
How findings are checked
Technology assists with organizing evidence and drafting structured findings. The initial validation reports are independently checked and human-reviewed before release. Unsupported findings are removed or corrected.
The purpose is a useful, reviewable diagnosis with clear limits around what the evidence can establish.
What is outside this initial audit
We do not:
- Place test phone calls or evaluate live call handling.
- Submit contact forms, send test email inquiries, or request appointments.
- Represent ourselves as a customer.
- Verify internal response times, booking performance, or follow-up behavior through passive website inspection.
- Change your website, run advertising or SEO campaigns, or implement the recommendations.
- Guarantee additional calls, customers, bookings, sales, or revenue.
Inspecting a visible form does not prove that submitted messages reach the business. That would require a different, separately authorized test.
Timing and feedback
The audit is normally delivered within five business days after complete required intake.
If required information is missing or unclear, we will contact you before the audit begins. The delivery period starts once required intake is complete.
Test Partners are asked for candid private feedback after delivery. A positive review or testimonial is not required.
Questions before you begin?
