How It Works
Local Conversion Intelligence uses a structured, evidence-based process so the audit remains focused, reviewable, and practical.
Step 1 — Complete the required intake
Provide the basic information needed to identify your business, website, service area, customer contact path, and current operating context. Do not submit customer, patient, or other sensitive personal information.
Step 2 — We inspect the public website
For the initial HVAC Test Partner audit, Local Conversion Intelligence reviews publicly available website pages and the visible path a prospective customer would encounter.
No test phone call is placed, no contact form is submitted, no email inquiry is sent, and no appointment request is made as part of this initial audit.
Step 3 — Evidence is organized and evaluated
Relevant screenshots and observed conditions are evaluated against the current conversion-audit framework. Findings are written as observed conditions, possible friction, and practical correction priorities — not as claims of proven lost revenue.
Step 4 — Findings are checked and human-reviewed
The initial validation audits are independently checked and human-reviewed before release. Unsupported findings are removed or corrected.
Step 5 — Receive the report
The audit is normally delivered within five business days after complete required intake.
Step 6 — Correct facts and give feedback
The report includes a limited factual-correction pathway. Test Partners are also asked for candid private feedback so the service can be improved. A positive review is not required.
What the audit is, and is not
The audit is diagnostic. It does not include website implementation and does not guarantee more calls, bookings, sales, or revenue.
